I visited mom for three days and two nights. Ron and Jeff weren't there.

Due to the nature of my visit and the level of emotional draining it caused, I wasn't up for visiting much of anyone unless it was someone who could make Bill better. Perhaps next time. ;_;

Granted dad doesn't screw with the visitation schedules like he loves doing, Ron and Jeff will be at mom's this weekend. We can all go to the Polk Sallet festival together! :-D

If I get to go to Harlan this weekend, I'll definitely give Connie a ring and see about making some merry at the Polk Sallet festival with some ice cream, lol.


Got a lot riding on this weekend. Here's hoping my car doesn't break us up... and that we can find a goat-sitter.

I'm thinking of going to see mom the weekend of the Polk Sallet (sp?) Festival, but that's still up in the air... as in unlikely.


Other than that, I haven't really done anything worth reporting on. Here's some plotting instead.

Friends
46. Send each close friend a handcrafted item

I'm working on a shawl, but because of the color, I don't know who to give it to. Certain people in my life might mistake a white shawl as encouragement for certain things I disapprove of if I gave it to them.

I've got some money saved up... not much, but enough to do a little something, if nothing else.

At this point, how about "get a job period."


In the future, I may make a change to my "Travel" section due to unexpected changes in my life. I may or may not still have the desire to visit this person anytime between now and the end of my 101 in 1001. Time will tell, though.
